This
reference is brought to life at the estate itself through a mural of
hand-painted tiles by Viúva Lamego, where the bird appears surrounded by a
composition rich in color, vegetation, and detail. For the label, this visual
universe was reinterpreted in a more restrained and elegant manner, avoiding a
literal reproduction and transforming the feather into a simple, memorable, and
easily recognizable graphic motif.
The clean
composition, marked by white space and vertical typography, highlights the
illustration and reinforces the range’s refined positioning. The colors of the
feathers distinguish the different wines, maintaining a subtle connection to
the quetzal’s rich plumage and the mural that inspired the project.
The result
is an identity that balances origin, art, and territory: a label with a
contemporary presence that respects Quinta do Quetzal’s visual history and
translates it into a language suited to the wine, the bottle, and its place in
the market.
