REBRANDING QUINTA DA MARIPOSA

Quinta da Mariposa, based in Carregal do Sal, Dão Region, Portugal, gets a new life with a return to origins of winemaker Lúcia Freitas, who assumes the management of a small property that belonged to her grandfather. M&A Creative Agency designed the branding and stationary, creating a timeless logo with a stylized moth. Mariposas are special, night-flying butterflies. They make their lives at night and have velvety dark wings with different tonalities. The creative team chose the colors black and gold to associate with the species characteristics. For the finishes, the stationery, business card and file folder have gold-stamped with varnish pattern. The remaining colors will be reserved for the moths that will fly to the wine labels.
